Nairobi is set to witness a massive demonstration on Monday November 18, 2024, as members of the academic community take to the streets in a protest organized by the Universities Academic Staff  Union (UASU).

According to a memo issued by Dr Constatine  Wasonga, union Secretary General, all necessary approvals and permits for the demonstration have been secured  from the Nairobi Office of Security(NOS).
