The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has effected the transfers of two secondary school principals in Gucha sub-county, Kisii County.
The Principal of Rianyachuba Secondary School John Manoti has been moved to Geuki Secondary School replacing Principal Kennedy Nanoti who was transferred to Gakero SDA Secondary School in Bomachoge Chache Constituency.
Education News has learnt that Manoti’s deputy has been appointed to head the institution in acting capacity awaiting a substantial replacement.
Gucha sub-county TSC Director Pamela Omollo confirmed the transfers.
Elsewhere, Nyamache Boys School has received a new deputy Principal after going without one for years.
David Mayaka was received by the school Principal who noted that his lengthy experience in both classwork and administration will be a big asset to the school.
