The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has reshuffled 23 heads of secondary schools in Kakamega County through a circular signed by its county director Margaret Kinyanjui.
In the new development just before schools reopen for second term, Muhudumu Secondary School Principal Simon Chimuche was transferred to Kivaywa High School in Matete Sub-county, as the incumbent Benard Wamanga goes to Bokoli Boys High School in Bungoma County.
Musonye Namusinde from Bokoli Boys now takes over at Ingotse Boys High School in Kakamega County.
Shamberere Secondary School will be headed by Laban Sikolia. Prior to his transfer, Sikolia was the principal Lukhuna Friends Secondary School.
In other changes, St Paul’s Lubinu Girls High School in Mumias East will be headed by Pamela Mumia who takes over from Evelyne Vuhyah, as Joseph Buluma from Matisi Secondary in Trans Nzoia heads to Lusumu Secondary.
St Mary’s Emusambe Secondary School Principal Lucy Awuor has been transferred to ACK Milimani Girls High School, as James Otieno is moved to Mugunga Secondary School.
St Stephen’s Mulwanda Secondary School will be headed by Stephene Analo who has replaced Alex Juma.
Ernest Were from Shibale Secondary has been moved to St Peter’s Lubanga in Matungu Sub-county as Philip Matayo from Sigalame Secondary takes over at Lukume Secondary School in Kakamega North, replacing Imbizi Chogo.
Catherine Andola from Enjinja Secondary will be heading St Henry’s Saisi Wabuge Girls High School in Likuyani Sub-county.
Kimang’eti Boys High School will now be headed by Nathan Murunga and St Thomas Aquinas Secondary School will be under the headship of Caroline Lusichi from St Mark’s Bukire Secondary School in Busia County. Charles Shikuku takes over Emwiru Mixed Secondary School in Khwisero Sub-county.
