The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has started to invite teachers for document verification to replace those who exited service through natural attrition.
The TSC had slowed the process due to promotion interviews that started in January for primary and post-primary school teachers.
Teachers are expected to present original copies of identity cards, TSC registration certificates, KCPE, KCSE, Diploma/Degree certificates, all levels leaving certificates, official transcripts, and graduation pages where their names appear to the recruitment panel for verification exercise.
TSC had advertised 8,707 slots to replace teachers who exited the Commission through natural attrition.
