A shocking incident occurred last night when a Form 4 student from Musaga Secondary School fatally stabbed a Form 2 student from Lutaso Secondary School.
The suspect was apprehended this morning at Musaga Secondary while attending his lessons. He has been taken to Navakholo Police for further investigation, with inquiries into the motive ongoing.
The victim, identified as the daughter of Siminyu Wesamba, was found lifeless behind Lutaso Secondary’s compound. Authorities allege that the suspect, the son of one Wanjala, who was also the girl’s boyfriend, had impregnated her.

Reports indicate that the couple had been meeting regularly, with the boy picking her up each night, and the girl’s parents had grown familiar with him.
However, last evening, their relationship took a tragic turn when the suspect reportedly attacked the girl, slashing her head with a machete, resulting in her sudden death.
The body was later taken to the mortuary for preservation and postmortem.
