A teacher and published author Anthony Maiywa unveiled his novella “From the Worst to the Best,” published by KLB, at the Oscars Chebole on Saturday, Bomet.
The event centered on the theme “Mentoring Upcoming Authors.” The novella addresses diverse themes, including the avoidance of drugs, truancy, hard work, and illicit relationships.

Education stakeholders such as KNUT, KEPSHA, and booksellers participated in the launch.
Notable guest Wlly Soi from Oxford University Press (OUP) emphasized that authorship requires dedication and passion.
Soi encouraged aspiring authors, stating, “There is nothing hard unless you quit trying.”
The launch celebrated the fusion of literature and mentorship, underlining the significance of promoting positive themes through storytelling.
