Nairobi-based parents with children in Orero Boys High School in Homabay have gifted a teacher who has been organizing their transport a brand new car.
It is said that the parents were touched by David Nyawach’s generosity of effectively handling the transport logistics of their boys from the school in Rangwe Sub-county to Nairobi.
Moses Ayier who teaches Geography and Business Studies at Dede Girls High School in Migori County was full of praise for his friend.

He told Education News that Nyawach is known for his humanity, noting that it is good the reward came at his early life while still active in the service.
“I happened to have learned with him in the very school in the class of 2007 and currently I am the chairman of the Alumni Association of Orero Boys 2007 class and so he is somebody I know. One thing with him he was a God-fearing person and a leader of Christian Union and really loved History and Government as a subject and he used to guide some of the students during that time and I supposed that is what he is teaching even right now,” said Ayier
“He is somebody with great sense of humanity and has nurtured that trait even to date and I just feel that his reward has come early. For many teachers it take decades and some of these things come to us after retirement but for him it is a huge boost to experience such a surprise at his early age,” he added.
