President William Ruto is set to officiate in an event that will flag off motor vehicles to all 47 counties that will be used by education officials in managing education services at the grassroots level.
The Ministry of Education (MoE) scheduled the momentous ceremony for today, Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 10.00 am at the Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE), in Kasarani.
The primary purpose of this gathering is to witness the official flagging off.
