Principals advised to exercise integrity for effective service delivery

Kirinyaga County school principals appreciate a speaker during their KESSHA conference recently. They have been advised to exercise integrity for a better performance.

Kirinyaga County Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Director Elizabeth Iregi has advised secondary school principals in the region to exercise a high degree of integrity, transparency, accountability and honesty to enable them to operate effectively.

Speaking when she official opened the county KESSHA Annual Conference held at Travellers Beach Hotel in Mombasa, Iregi asked the principals to be dedicated to their work in order to post impressive results in the 2024 KCSE. She further applauded them for the improved performance in the 2023 KCSE.

The director told the principals in the region to ensure curriculum implementation in their respective schools is up to date, urging them to introduce strategies which will ensure smooth operations in their schools.

She asked them to continue offering quality education in their institutions.
