South Mugirango NG- CDF will use more than KSh70 million to support educational development in this financial year.
Speaking to the constituents at Etago playground during the launch of the issuance of bursary forms, area MP Sylvanus Osoro emphasized the government’s commitment to provide quality education to her people because it is the foundation of development.
“The 100 per cent policy of transition from primary to secondary school is meant for equitable access to education for all children so there is no excuse of being left behind in development,” he said.

He presided over the handing over of a cheque of more than KSh10 million for the construction and renovation of Kenoria Comprehensive School.

He asked parents to restrain their children from moral decadence because it taints their names as it alienated them from helpful leaders.
He took a swipe at the youths who misuse social media to abuse leaders instead of making use of the improved technology to teach themselves or search for online jobs.
He pointed out Charles Moitani from Getenga Ward, whom he helped with finances to continue with secondary school education and passed with good grades to enable him to join university.

“We helped this boy to join Nanyuki High School from where he scored an A plain grade in the KCSE examinations,” he said.
Osoro was flanked by many area MCAs and other leaders.
