The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has launched a comprehensive safety campaign dubbed, ‘Safer Campus Campaign’ at its Nairobi campus to ensure the safety and well-being of its students.

The initiative was unveiled in a ceremony where Health Principal Secretary (PS) Mary Muthoni, in a statement delivered by Dr. Jackson Kioko, CEO of the Kenya Health Professions Oversight Authority, emphasized the critical need to address pressing issues such as student safety, mental health and gender-based violence (GBV) within institutions of higher learning.
