Kisumu Girls High School Chief Principal Margaret Mechumo has been transferred and her position taken by Eve Odhiambo, who has been Chief Principal at Sironga Girls in Nyamira County.
Mechumo moves to Chwele Girls High School in Bungoma County.
Sources at the Nyanza Regional Director of Education offices confirmed the transfers.
Mechumo was previously the Chief Principal of Lugulu Girls before going to Kisumu Girls to take over from Mary Akunja, who moved to Bunyore Girls then.
Odhiambo has been replaced by Jane Nyanumba, previously the principal at Tombe Girls Secondary School.
