Police in Kakamega Central have begun investigations into the mysterious death of the Principal of St. James Esumeyia Secondary School in Navakholo constituency.
The Principal, Joseph Nangabo, was discovered dead inside his rental house on the morning of Monday, September 11 in Eshisiru along the Kakamega-Mumias highway.
According to reports, the teacher had earlier checked into the house with a lady who raised suspicions when her calls went unanswered after trying to reach him moments after she left.
She accompanied the neighbors who stumbled upon his body lying with the head on the floor and blood stains around.
They could not immediately establish what led to Nangabo’s demise.
Residents have called on the law enforcers to hasten investigations to ascertain the cause of the death.
