Homabay County Commissioner (CC) Moses Lilan reports a smooth start to KPSEA seams, calls for community support. Addressing Education News a short after the candidates sat for their morning session examinations, the Commissioner asked all those involved to continue with the same spirit until the end of the examinations.

He appealed to hotel and bar business owners in the county to minimize any music sound emanating from their businesses for the rest of this month to accord candidates an easy time to concentrate on the examinations.

“We started well today but let me remind the public that KCSE exams are going on until the end of this month and students need peace of mind from all quarters. “He said.

He told all centre managers, supervisors and invigilators to conduct the examinations with the decorum it deserves as required by the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC).

” You are entrusted officers to monitor these examinations, carry yourselves in the most dignified way possible to meet the expectations of those who assigned you to man this exercise.” He urged.
