Education Cabinet Secretary (CS) Julius Ogamba has said consultations are at advanced stages to unlock the current stalemate between the government and university dons over their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

The CS expressed his concern about claims by medical students of Moi University that they have spent more time than the course requirement because of strikes, saying investigations will be launched to establish the truth.
