Gichugu Technical and Vocational College (TVC) has finally opened its doors to students, admitting over 100 students on Monday.
The Principal, Joseph Kimemia, expressed optimism during the admission of the first batch of students, assuring parents and guardians of producing hands-on graduates.
Kimemia noted that the institution can hold 3,000 students, calling on more parents to enroll their children.
He added that the enrolment so far has been achieved through partnership with various stakeholders, especially churches.
“We have especially advertised in churches and we hope to surpass our target of 3,000 admissions,” he said.
