Moi Kadzonzo Girls Principal Rev. Phanice Achieng has urged students to adopt a reading culture in order to improve their writing and communication skills.
The scholar who has written several books while oscillating between her career as a teacher and a servant of God as well attributed reading to her inspiration into becoming an author.
“I have read over 500 books by different authors like Bishop David Oyedepo, Dr. Robert Schuller, Norman, and Vincent Pearl among many others who have inspired my writing. “ She stated
Speaking during the launching of one of her Books, she said apart from writings books for inspiration she also intended the initiative to give back to the community.

“I want the initiative to help in building churches, helping the orphans and the needy students to access education by paying for their school fees and meeting their basic needs.” She said
The principal thanked God for giving her wisdom and knowledge.
She also appreciated the Moi Kadzonzo Girl’s fraternity including the teachers and support staff for their encouragement and inspiration.
“However my major challenge when writing books is finances because writing involves many processes that are all dependent on money.
Another challenge is that writing consumes a lot of time which requires a lot of patience and sacrifices” She said.
The principal who is also a servant of God, has to do her work during night hours and over the weekends to accomplish her task.
The author said she loved the English language ever since she was a child something which has contributed largely to her inspiration into writing books.
“I am not really into selling books, but I just want people to understand God through my writing now that I’m a servant of God,” says, Rev. Phanice Achieng.
