Kitelakapel Technical Training Institute has begun the construction of an ultra- modern Jitume Lab courtesy of the NGCDF after a ground breaking ceremony.
The all-important initiative was presided over by the Department of Public Works and the Kapenguria NGCDF with promises to ensure that all the specifications for the whole job are fully implemented.

The initiative, which is aligned with the presidential directive, has the aim of equipping the youth and the community at large with requisite knowledge and skills in information communication technology.
The spread of Jitume Labs across TVETs in Kenya was inaugurated by the government towards enhancing digital knowledge and creating a wide range of economic opportunities across the country.
Kapenguria Member of Parliament Samuel Moroto has promised to continue supporting the institute where there is need and asked the community to take advantage of the Jitume Lab once it’s complete.
