The case of 10 suspects who were allegedly involved in KCSE malpractices will be mentioned again on the 20th of this month.
Before Homabay Senior Principal Magistrate Christine Auka were the suspects from Pala Masongo Secondary School who denied all the charges.
The Court heard that on the 4th day of November, the accused were found disclosing the contents of an examination paper; Chemistry paper one 233/1, against the law.
Eight of the accused persons were represented by three lawyers Albert Ongoso, Victor Nyakwamba and Lina Obwanda while the remaining three stood for themselves.
The Court heard that some of the accused had been denied access to medication and mitigation as they were detained in police cells for more than 24 after the arrest.

One of the lawyers further argued that his clients should continue with their teaching duties because the Teachers Service Commission( TSC) has not suspended them from duty.
Homabay Court Prosecutor Celine Akimba advised that the suspects should be given strict bond terms in order to bar them from boycotting court attendance.
The magistrate ordered the accused to be provided with charge sheets and other relevant materials for the purpose of balanced hearing during the next mention.
If they are found guilt against the KNEC regulations Section 27(1/ Act, the accused will face a fine of Ksh2 million, imprisonment of not more than 10 years or both.
