“Don’t be negatively influenced by everything you see passing before your eyes. Be principled and learn to say no to worldly passions,” he said.

The prelate was particularly empathetic toward girls who fail to heed advice because of the pursuit of unnecessary and short-lived pleasures, which often lead to dropping out of school. He stated that the remedy for euphoria lies in activities such as aerobic exercise, dancing, and even making music.
“The world at large is looking for a solution to drugs and substance abuse, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find one. Kindly desist from drug abuse if you want to see good days ahead,” he advised.
“Drugs precipitate a sense of unease or dissatisfaction, known technically as dysphoria, which can lead to increased psychological challenges like stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and even death.”
